Trevecca students have the chance to show off their skills, cheer on their friends, and win prizes at the upcoming “Big Game Show” competition on Tuesday, Feb. 24, from 7-9 p.m. in the Boone Convocation Center.
This is the second year SGA puts on the “Big Game Show,” which mimics popular game shows such as Family Feud, Jeopardy, and The Price is Right.
SGA President Kenna Tatumn said students can expect a high-energy night designed to bring students together.
“It’s going to be such a fun event,” Tatumn said. “Bring all of your friends and get loud, get hype, and be there.”
The evening will feature three main games, each with five to 10 student participants, along with two mini games in between that allow audience members to jump in and compete.
ASB Director of Social Life, Cayden Houske, who is helping with preparations, said the event is an opportunity for campus-wide involvement.
“There’s going to be a lot of opportunities for students to participate,” Houske said. “We want people from all over campus to get involved.”
Exact details on the games and prizes are yet to be announced, so students should stay tuned to Trevecca’s SGA Instagram page for further information on the event.
Last year’s prizes included an iPad, digital camera, karaoke machine, and gift cards, giving participants plenty to compete for.
An application for main game participants will be announced soon, and all students are welcome and encouraged to sign up and bring their friends for support.
The event is free to students with a student ID.
