The new co-ed apartment building, temporarily named University Commons, opened at the start of the fall semester, housing up to 300 male and female students with 50 credit hours or more.
With seven floors of apartment- style rooms and a basement area below, University Commons includes six study rooms, lobby space on each floor, a C-Store marketplace, game room, laundry room, fitness room and studio, an outdoor courtyard, and a rooftop terrace overlooking the Nashville skyline.
